Full Contraindications for the Herbal Peel: • History of keloid scarring • Active cold sores (herpes simplex) • Open wounds, cuts, or infections on the treatment area • Severe rosacea flare-ups or extremely reactive skin • Active acne with open or inflamed lesions • Recent sunburn or irritation on the skin • Autoimmune conditions that affect the skin, such as lupus, unless medically cleared • Active cancer or currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation • Uncontrolled diabetes due to impaired healing • Current illness, fever, or infection • Use of Accutane (isotretinoin) within the last 6–12 months • Current use of retinoids, high-strength exfoliants, or topical steroids (must be stopped prior) • Recent antibiotics that cause photosensitivity • Cosmetic injections (Botox or fillers) in the treated area within the last 7 days • Chemical peels, microneedling, laser, or waxing within the last 1–2 weeks • Pregnancy • Breastfeeding • Recent tanning or sunbed use • Anyone unable to follow the strict 7-day aftercare requirements • Anyone with unrealistic expectations or unsuitable skin conditions as assessed during consultation

Additional Important Notes: • You must follow the full 7-day aftercare instructions to achieve the best results • Peeling and flaking are normal and may begin around day 2–3 • Do not pick, scratch, peel, or pull at the skin • Skin may feel tight, dry, or sensitive during the peeling phase • You may experience temporary redness or a warm sensation • Results vary depending on lifestyle, age, and skin condition • A consultation may be required if you have any medical conditions • You must arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area • Avoid sun exposure before and after the treatment • Not suitable for anyone planning a holiday involving sun or swimming in the next 2 weeks • You must use SPF 50 daily after the treatment • Avoid alcohol and smoking as they may slow healing • Avoid any other skin treatments until the peeling is fully complete
