Booking deposits are nonrefundable and can be paid via cash or bank transter. We also provide finance options upon request.
CANCELLATION
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to attend scheduled appointments will result in penalties.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please avoid bringing additional guests to your appointment as we currently lack the space to accommodate extras. For safety reasons, we also kindly request that no children accompany you.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late to your appointment, the time missed will be deducted from your session. We cannot extend appointments beyond the scheduled time, so please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.
