Appointments & Consultations

​

• All treatments begin with a consultation and health assessment.

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date medical and skincare information.

• Arriving late may shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for others.

Treatment Suitability

​

• Not all treatments are suitable for every client. The practitioner may refuse or delay treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate.

• Results vary based on individual skin type, health, and lifestyle.

• Some treatments require multiple sessions for best results.

Payments & Cancellations

​

• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and will go toward the total cost.

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may forfeit your fee.

• Frequent no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Medical Disclosure

​

• You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or skin condition before each treatment.

• Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or if you are under 18.

• Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during treatment.

Liability & Results

​

• While we aim to ensure excellent outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed.

• Luxe Shea Body Clinic is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed health issues or not following aftercare.

• You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions.

Photos & Records

​

• Before and after photos are taken for treatment records and stored securely.

• Models receiving discounted treatments must consent to the use of their photos/videos for marketing and social media.

• Non-model clients will be asked for permission before any content is shared.

• All data is handled in line with data protection laws.
