Before Your Treatment – Please Follow These Guidelines:

To ensure your skin responds well and heals properly:​

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 1 week
• Avoid retinol, glycolic acid, and exfoliants for 5–7 days
• Avoid using heavy body oils or thick creams on the area for 48 hours before the appointment
• Do not use fake tan on the area for 7 days
• Do not shave the area on the same day — shave 24 hours before
• Stay hydrated — hydrated skin heals better
• Do not take ibuprofen or alcohol 24 hours prior (to reduce bruising)
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing that won’t rub the area
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin

Aftercare Guidelines:

To protect your skin and get the best results, please follow these aftercare guidelines:

​• Keep the treated area clean and avoid touching unnecessarily
• Avoid sweating, gym, sauna, steam room, hot baths, or excessive heat for 72 hours
• Avoid swimming and chlorine for 7 days
• Avoid tight clothing that may cause friction
• No tanning or sun exposure for 2 weeks
• Avoid retinol, exfoliants, or active products for 7 days
• You may experience slight redness, swelling, or sensitivity — this is normal
• Simple, fragrance-free moisturiser can be used 24–48 hours after treatment (if your practitioner allows)
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the area
• Drink plenty of water to support healing
• Results develop slowly — collagen builds over 8–12 weeks

What Results to Expect

• Improvement begins around 4–6 weeks after treatment
• Full results develop over 8–12 weeks
• Stretch marks appear softer, smoother, and less noticeable
• Colour blends more evenly with surrounding skin
• Deep stretch marks may require multiple sessions
• Scars become flatter and lighter over time
• Each body heals differently — patience is essential
