Shipping

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. No orders are picked up over the weekend or on public holidays.

UK Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (after date of dispatch) – £3.95

Royal Mail Special delivery Guaranteed by 1pm– order by 11am (Monday to Thursday for next delivery day)

International tracked and signed DHL/Royal Mail (Europe) (5-7 Working Days After Dispatch) – £20.00

Please note Luxe Shea are not responsible for re deliveries or missed parcels. We are not accountable for any communication made between the customer and courier. If a parcel is returned to us after attempts have been made to deliver, a re delivery charge will be payable or a refund will be offered minus the original delivery charge.

Can I change my delivery address?
​
If you have already placed an order with us and need to change the address for delivery, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. You can do this by contacting us at Luxeshea.est2020@gmail.com. In some instances your parcel may already be dispatched so we advise you to contact us immediately if you realise you to need to change the address.

How do I track my order?
​
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive a follow up email with a tracking number.

What are the delivery times?
​
At present we only offer standard delivery for all addresses in the UK. Standard delivery takes 3- 5 business days. These, however, are guidelines and in rare cases may take longer than this. Please note the delivery time does not include our processing time.
We also ship internationally. The price of shipping depends where in the EU and will be calculated at checkout.

I haven’t received my order

We apologise if you have not received your item. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you have not received your items within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at Luxeshea.est2020@gmail.com

The tracking says my order was delivered but I haven’t received it
​
If the tracking confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received your products, please contact the delivery company directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered. Please let us know there has been an issue and we will do our very best to assist you but we will not be able to resend or refund anything until an investigation has been completed by the delivery company.
